Hire the hall — visitor flow

Check the calendar
Open Hall Hire and look at the embedded calendar for free dates.

Submit an enquiry
Fill in the form with your date, contact details and what you need.

Wait for confirmation
A committee member will reply within a few days by email.

You're booked
Approved dates appear on the public calendar.
