1. Acceptance

By using bridgewaterssc.org or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Submit false, misleading or abusive information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin areas, the database or other people's accounts;
• Interfere with the operation of the site, e.g. by sending bulk automated submissions;
• Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

3. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a hall hire enquiry or contact form starts a conversation — it is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once a club volunteer has replied in writing and any deposit / agreement is signed.

4. Hall hire

Hall hire is subject to a separate hire agreement. Standard conditions include:

• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the hire period;
• The hall must be returned in a clean and tidy state;
• Damage caused during a hire is the responsibility of the hirer;
• Bar service (if requested) is provided under the club's liquor licence and at the bar staff's discretion — Responsible Service of Alcohol applies at all times;
• The club may cancel or refuse a booking at its discretion (e.g. for safety, licensing or community reasons).

5. Content

Content on this site (text, images, club logos) belongs to BSSC, the relevant resident club, or the original creator. You may not republish or commercially redistribute it without permission.

6. Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep it accurate, we don't warrant that it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSSC and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
